Great customer service. The manager on shift helped me with New Year’s Eve items. She took the time to show me items which would be the best bang for our buck for our party. This location is out of my way but the selection and service are worth the drive. Just wish this location was in a better part of town.

I went to this location of party city yesterday for shopping birthday decorations. The closing timing for the store was 9 pm and one of the lady working in the aisles literally started yelling at 8:15 that the store is closing be quick. The worse part was that I was holding a packet of balloons and she came to me and literally snatched that and put it on the shelf. I said I am buying this then she said oh it don’t looks like that you are buying. She was kind of racist lady. I was in a bit hurry either I would have taken any action right of away. Not going to this store anymore.

Used to be my go to place for party supplies but its no longer that ...over priced and unless u need only balloons good luck finding everything u need in one place ..if it's in stock the price is outrageous or they simply don't have what u need .

Online ordering should ask if inflating is required for the other balloons that are priced without the helium and the date and time of pick-up. Blow up for latex balloons should be paid online as well to save a lot of wait time in the store. If all is paid online, it would be nice to just drop in and pick up the merch then leave. To blow up the balloons takes 15-20 mins wait time when I last went. Over the phone they did not allow blowing the latex balloons in advance without you paying for the helium. So there's no point blowing up the foil balloon in advance (coz it was paid online) then wait a long time when you get there to blow up the latex balloons because you still end up waiting.

Great experience. Didn't know this space would have everything you would ever need for decorations. Loved the Ramadan collection they had. The shop is amazingly set with all decors in an aisle and space. Didn't know they are a Canadian Tire store. Fruitful visit. Got everything I needed.
